One of these coincidences: When I was working with lastminute.com, our offices were at Buckingham Gate, not far from Buckingham Palace.

Now I am for the first time in our London office. Again the same area, just around the corner of the old lastminute office. It is probably the closest office you can get to the Queen. We have moved in with another startup: Moveme.com - a great website that helps you move.  We have only a couple of desks, but it has been really plug and play for us. Thank you, Mark and Keith. We even do have access to the garden. However the general advice was not to smoke weed outside because of the high densitiy of UK government officials in the area.

Otherwise things are moving ahead as well: We are now gaining traction in the UK, which has not escaped the attention of others. Our search has been massively improved. You might even want to try our mobile site. It is working here as well (m.qype.co.uk)

It feels great to finally have a presence in a market that we have been trying to work on only from “the continent”. It feels like being back home.
