St Pancras International (Part 2)

Yesterday we got all excited about the first Qype review of the newly refurbished St Pancras Station. In fact we got so excited that this morning we got up at the crack of dawn and went down there ourselves, with camera in hand, to see what all the fuss is about.

You can read for yourselves how impressed we were with the new station (along with all the photos we took) on the Qype St Pancras page here.

And (just to show how excited we can get about a train station!) here’s a little video we shot as we walked round:

So, now it’s your turn. Was it worth the £800 million? Are you impressed with the design? Is this going to change the face of Kings Cross? Get Qyping and let us know your thoughts.

Awesome video! 800 million seems a bit steep to me…. All i care about is the trains running on time!

Wow - I’ve just watched your lovely video.
Could you tell me what the piano music is? It’s really relaxing…

Sure Matt, it’s Debussy’s Suite Bergamasque (the Prelude). See here for more: http://pianosociety.com/cms/index.php?section=160

    Glad you enjoyed the video.
