Smaller, faster and with more powers…no, not a Lycra-clad superhero but the latest Qype app updates for BlackBerry and Android users. Read on to see how we’ve made the Qype app even better.

On Android 3.2, we’ve:

* Made multiple improvements to make the Qype app respond faster and use less battery
* Reduced the app’s size by 60%, so you have room for other cool apps without losing any of our great design or functions
* Fixed an issue some users were having with uploading images
* Changed it so that any Qype link on your mobile can now be clicked and opened in the app
* Listened to our users, who asked for improved sharing features. Now, you can share places on Qype with Facebook, Twitter, email and more

And, on Blackberry 3.2, we’ve:
*Added an edit feature, so you can change your reviews, whether it’s to fix a typo or add some more information after your second or third visit
* Added a feature to show you how many reviews there are in different languages, to make using the app abroad even easier
* Added Qype to the Universal Search for OS 6.0 devices so you can search for a place on Qype directly from your Springboard
* Increased security; if you delete Qype, we’ll remove all related caches from your BlackBerry
* Constantly working to improve our GPS
* Added a function to our photo gallery so it now displays who took or updated the image.
